Because having a toddler is sometimes a hassle if you make fried chicken continuously, so I often make it a lot of frozen food. When the children ask, just take it in the freezer and fry it. The same recipe is just a shortened frying time

RECIPE:
Chicken fillet
Seasoned flour (any brand)
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Chakra Flour
Cold water

WAY:

Fried chicken is hot but not over, the result is better oil than I used.

TIPS
* Don't clench the fist when stirring the chicken with flour (make it hard and hard)
* Patience in stirring the flour to the chicken, not for a moment, later less kriwil
* If for frozen food, when frying don't overcook or brownish yellow, just enough flour to harden or not mushy can be removed. Because there will be another frying process when I want to eat, so the flour doesn't burn and the meat isn't too dry and hard.
