Fried chicken for frozen food
Material contents :

- 500 gr of chicken
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
- 2 chicken egg whites
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 5 cloves of garlic, puree
- 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/2 tbsp tapioca flour / sago flour

Leather material:
- 3 whole eggs + 2 remaining egg yolk
- 4 tablespoons wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 150 ml of water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon butter, thaw

- Mix all filling ingredients until blended. Let stand in the refrigerator while making the skin so that the spices seep
- Mix all skin ingredients. Make a thin omelette in a non-stick skillet
- put 1-1 1/2 tablespoons of dough on the skin, then wrap lengthwise
- steam in a steamer for 20-30 minutes until cooked
- lift, cool
- cut into pieces, fry until browned

Note:
- egg chicken roll can be stored in the freezer to be eaten at any time. That's why, I like it, this is one of the fast foods when I don't even cook, but I can still eat healthy home cooking
- if you can use chicken thigh meat, it tastes softer and juicy
