INGREDIENTS:
for 1 chicken
10 tablespoons of spice jungkep joss (the recipe I included in the comments) 1/2 grated coarse coconut
taste to taste
1 teaspoon chicken stock (if using beef use beef broth)
3 tsp salt
2 teaspoons of sugar
HOW TO MAKE:
boil all ingredients with 400 ml of water or until the chicken is submerged for 25 to 30 minutes with the quality closed so that it is cooked evenly
strain and drain in a dry container ..
fry in hot oil with the spice powder .. remove from heat and serve.
